Move from IIS to IfE
Materials and Device Engineering Group now part of the Institute for Electronics

As per 1 August 2018 the Materials and Device Engineering Group is part of the Institute for Electronics (IfE). IfE was for many years lead by Prof. Heinz Jaeckel (retired in 2011) and Prof. Gerhard Troester. Upon Gerhard Troester's retirement in July, D-ITET and the executive board of ETH approved our move from IIS (Integrated Systems Laboratory) to IfE.
