Research Facilities

The Materials and Device Engineering Group has two locations. Activities related to optoelectronic materials and devices predominately take place in the ETZ building on the ETH Zürich Zentrum Campus located in downtown Zürich. Our energy storage work is done at the Binnig and Rohrer Nanotechnology Center located just outside of the city center in Rüschlikon. Projects requiring cleanroom facilities are completed in the cleanroom at the Binnig and Rohrer Nanotechnology Center.
